Due to their enormous light output, the lamps in the EVO 6 series are particularly suitable for experienced pro growers. The manufacturer does not recommend using them in grow boxes; these high-performance LEDs are better suited to open cultivation areas. As before, SANlight is once again setting new standards in LED plant lighting with the EVOs in terms of quality, design and performance. The successful lamp concept was further developed in extensive empirical tests in the company's own laboratories and further improved in essential points. The new EVO 3, EVO 4, EVO 5 and EVO 6 models rank in the top class of LED grow lights and are currently unrivalled on the market.

Ideal for grow rooms with open spaces and very high light intensities

If you want to start a grow project in a large grow room with sufficient air conditioning and open cultivation areas, the EVO 6-120 is the perfect choice. In the Pro setup with two lamps on an area of 1.44 square metres, you can already achieve a maximum average intensity of approx. 1200 µmol/s/sqm and far exceed the amount of light that your plants can absorb without further support. Here you should already be using CO2 supplementation and dimmers, especially for the vegetative phase. With the right interaction of all components, however, you then have the opportunity to achieve exceptionally productive harvests. SANlight does not recommend using the EVO 6 series specifically for grow tents. If you want to try it anyway, you definitely need sufficient experience with the use of extreme amounts of light, the use of CO2 and the use of dimmers.

Broadband light spectrum and high homogeneity

In the wide-ranging series of tests with fast-growing and light-hungry plants, SANlight determined the ideal broadband light spectrum with exactly the right ratio of Far Red to Red for photomorphogenesis. The emission wavelength ranges from 400 - 780 nm, with an extremely high efficiency of over 3 µmol/J! This enables you to increase the quantity and quality of your indoor grow yields. Each individual LED in the EVO 6-120 is fitted with secondary optics, which not only protect the chip from contamination and oxidation, but also enable extremely homogeneous illumination thanks to their light-directing properties. In contrast to unprotected LEDs, these optics are easy to clean and therefore guarantee flawless operation with a very high light output for a long time.

Quality LEDs, clever mounting options and dimmability

SANlight has also spared nothing when it comes to LED quality. The latest OSRAM High Power LEDs are used for the Red and Far Red LEDs, while chips with the patented WICOP technology from Seoul Semiconductor are used for the white LEDs. These LEDs are particularly robust, highly efficient and have a particularly long service life. SANlight specifies the 90 % light output (LM90) as 90,000 hours - a remarkable value! The tilt function (tilted suspension of the lamp) saves a lot of space at the top. The elongated modules can be mounted on the side next to the ventilation system. By angling the lamp, perfect and homogeneous illumination is still achieved. Of course, you can also dim the lamps in the EVO series. The optionally available dimmers (magnetic or Bluetooth) work without contact and are therefore wear-free and completely protected from water and high humidity. Thanks to the dimming function, you can easily adapt your new EVO 6-120 to all development phases of your plants. As young plants in particular can tolerate much less light than older plants and not as much light is required during growth as during flowering, you can still illuminate your plants from seedling to harvest with the EVO 6. When dimmed, the efficiency is fully maintained and you save a lot on electricity costs.
