Reflective Foil for Grow Rooms

Reflective Foil – maximize usable light, minimize losses

Reflective foil (commonly known as “Mylar”) significantly improves light distribution in your grow room: light is evenly redirected onto the plants, hotspots are reduced, and light leaks are minimized. In this category you’ll find foils in 1.2 m roll width with different surface textures and durability levels – available in practical roll lengths (5 m, 10 m, 30 m, 100 m, or 5–100 m).

Which foil is right for your setup?

• Diamond ECO (1.2 m wide) – lightweight, budget-friendly foil with a diamond texture for diffuse reflection and even light spread. Perfect for wall lining and partitions when you want good reflectivity at an affordable price. Available in 5/10/30/100 m or 5–100 m rolls.
• Diamond Lightite (1.2 m wide) – light-tight version with a stable backing layer. Ideal if you need to block external light and keep exhaust/odor control systems fully sealed. Available in 5/10/30/100 m or 5–100 m rolls.
• Heavy Duty Diamond (1.2 m wide) – extra tough, tear-resistant premium quality with diamond structure. Recommended for high-traffic areas, frequent cleaning, or long-term installations. Typical lengths: 5/10/30/100 m.
• Heavy Duty Silver (1.2 m wide) – smooth silver surface for high reflection and easy cleaning; particularly durable and dimensionally stable. Available in 5/10/30/100 m and 5–100 m rolls.

Accessories & installation

• Adhesive tape for reflective foil – available in 48 mm × 45 m and 75 mm × 45 m; perfect for sealing seams, edges, and fixing foil onto smooth, clean surfaces.
• Apply the foil smooth and wrinkle-free (from top to bottom), overlap seams by 3–5 cm, and tape carefully to avoid light leaks.
• Keep a safe distance from hot components (lights, ballasts) and ensure gentle air circulation to keep the surface cool and clean.

Practical tips

• The diamond texture reflects light diffusely, giving more even PPFD and reducing hotspots, especially in corners.
• For partitions or bright rooms: Lightite prevents light transmission and provides a stable barrier.
• For long-term use or frequent cleaning: choose Heavy Duty (Diamond or Silver).
• Clean regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth – dust reduces reflectivity.

Whether you’re looking for affordable Diamond ECO, light-tight Diamond Lightite, or long-lasting Heavy Duty versions – here you’ll find the right reflective foil along with matching tape in the length that fits your setup.
