Consistent bottom heat for propagation and young plants
Place the Romberg Heating Mat S underneath your mini greenhouse or propagation tray. The even warmth from below supports heat-loving seeds, cuttings, and young plants during the early stages and can help reduce cold stress from the base.
Temperature & application range
At normal room temperature, the heating mat typically provides an even temperature range of around 22–25 °C inside a mini greenhouse. The actual temperature depends on the surrounding environment and may be lower in cooler locations.
The mat is suitable for plant propagation as well as for use in terrariums. It is not designed to compensate for strong temperature fluctuations.
Fit & compatibility
With dimensions of 27 × 15 cm, the heating mat fits under mini greenhouses with a base area of 29 × 19 cm. Make sure the mat lies flat and the greenhouse stands securely.
How to use
- Place the heating mat flat underneath the greenhouse.
- Set the setup in a bright spot (e.g., a windowsill).
- If needed, regulate warmth by ventilating or briefly lifting the cover.
For more precise control, you can optionally use a timer or thermostat.

Safety & care
Do not cut, fold, bend, or puncture the heating mat. Do not cover it with textiles or heat-sensitive materials. Stop using the mat if the casing, cable, or plug is damaged.
The mat is splash-resistant but not suitable for use under water. Always disconnect from power before cleaning and wipe the surface with a damp cloth only.
