Mineral base fertiliser for short flowering cycles and autoflowering plants

Green House Powder Feeding Short is a water-soluble mineral powder fertiliser for plants with flowering periods of up to eight weeks and for autoflowering varieties. Its NPK 16-6-26 formulation is designed for both vegetative growth and flowering, with a particularly high potassium content. It can be used for straightforward soil cultivation as well as precisely controlled feeding programmes in coco, rockwool and hydroponic systems.

Nutrient profile for short flowering periods

The formulation contains 16% total nitrogen, consisting of 11% nitrate nitrogen and 5% ammoniacal nitrogen, together with 6% water-soluble phosphorus pentoxide and 26% water-soluble potassium oxide. It also provides 3.3% water-soluble magnesium oxide and a range of trace elements. The comparatively high potassium content is tailored to the nutrient requirements of plants with short flowering cycles. Using Powder Feeding in soil, coco and hydro

The powder is dissolved completely in irrigation or nutrient water. For pre-fertilised soil, Green House Feeding recommends starting after approximately 2–4 weeks with 0.5 g/L. During vegetative growth, the concentration can be increased to as much as 1.0 g/L, then gradually raised to 1–1.5 g/L when flowering begins. When growing in coco, rockwool or hydroponic systems, pH and EC should be monitored and the concentration adjusted to the plants, source water and growing medium.

Take water quality and calcium into account

When using reverse-osmosis or rainwater with a starting EC of 0.0, the manufacturer recommends adding calcium first and raising the water to approximately EC 0.3–0.4. For soft water and applications in coco or rockwool, Green House Powder Feeding CalMag can be a suitable addition.
