Peat-based growing medium with a balanced air-to-water structure

CANNA Terra Professional Plus, 50 litres is a pre-fertilised, peat-based growing medium designed for plants grown in containers. Developed particularly for indoor grow rooms, it can also be used outdoors. The blend is made from high-quality organic raw materials and combines airy white peat with tree bark, creating a well-structured root zone with a balanced supply of both water and air.

White peat and tree bark instead of perlite

Unlike CANNA Terra Professional, the Plus version uses white peat and tree bark rather than black peat and perlite. The bark helps maintain an open structure and good aeration around the roots. Pre-fertilised for use with the CANNA TERRA nutrient range

Terra Professional Plus contains a mineral starter fertiliser. According to CANNA, this initial nutrient charge supplies the plant during its first week, so additional feeding is not required immediately after planting. Nutrients can then be introduced according to the plant's development stage. CANNA Terra Vega is designed for the vegetative phase, while CANNA Terra Flores is intended for flowering and fruiting plants.

pH adjusted for the growing cycle

CANNA adjusts the substrate with lime to provide long-term pH control. The lime charge is designed to remain effective for at least one growing cycle. Before planting, loosen the medium, fill the plant pot and press it down lightly. Water until a small amount begins to drain from the container, then introduce the plant. Adequate drainage should be maintained throughout cultivation.
