CANNA Terra Professional Plus, 25 Litres is a high-quality, pre-fertilised potting medium for container-grown plants. It was developed particularly for controlled indoor growing environments, although CANNA also recommends it for outdoor cultivation. Its open structure and starter nutrient charge make it a convenient option for growers looking for a ready-to-use soil-based medium.

White peat and tree bark instead of perlite

The mix is based on airy white peat or peat moss and uses natural tree bark in place of perlite. According to CANNA, the bark has antiseptic properties and, together with the open structure of the medium, supports a healthy root environment. Water can spread evenly through the substrate while sufficient air remains available around the roots. Suitable containers for different plant sizes are available in the range of plant pots and saucers.

pH adjusted and supplied with starter nutrients

CANNA adjusts the pH of Terra Professional Plus with lime for at least one growing cycle. The medium also contains a mineral starter nutrient charge as well as trace elements and chelates. This provides an initial nutrient base before you move on to a feeding programme suited to the plant's development stage.

Designed for the CANNA Terra nutrient range

For continued feeding, the substrate can be paired with CANNA Terra Vega for vegetative growth and CANNA Terra Flores for flowering. Before planting, loosen the medium, fill the pot and press it down lightly. Water until a small amount begins to drain from the bottom. Good drainage helps maintain a stable balance of moisture and air around the roots.
