The Blumat Shut-Off Valve 8-8 mm lets you interrupt the water flow in an 8 mm feeding tube whenever required. Designed for Tropf-Blumat watering systems, it is useful both when setting up an irrigation line and during routine maintenance. Detachable connections on both sides make the valve straightforward to integrate into the feeding line.

Isolate the water supply when required

The valve allows you to shut off the water supply at its position in the line. Blumat recommends fitting one shortly after the tank connector, as this makes installing or removing Tropf-Blumat sensors easier. A suitable Blumat tank connector for 8 mm feeding tube can be combined with the valve.

Useful for flushing and venting

When installed at the end of a feeding line, the shut-off valve can also provide an accessible point for flushing and venting the tubing. This makes it particularly useful in systems where the feeding lines need regular maintenance. For installation or extensions, combine it with a suitable Blumat 8 mm feeding tube.
