Two-speed mixed-flow inline fan for powerful 160 mm extraction systems

The Vents Mixed In-Line, 405/520 m³/h, 160 mm is a two-speed inline fan designed for air intake and extraction in grow tents and indoor grow rooms. Its two airflow settings allow the ventilation rate to be adapted to different operating requirements. The fan fits directly into a round 160 mm ventilation system, making it suitable for both new extraction installations and upgrades to existing duct systems.

Two airflow settings for flexible ventilation

Depending on the selected speed, the fan provides a maximum airflow of 405 or 520 m³/h. The corresponding motor speeds are 1680 and 2460 min⁻¹. This gives you two operating levels for adapting air exchange to different heat loads and growing conditions. Other sizes and airflow capacities are available in the range of AC duct fans for indoor growing.

Mixed-flow operation and versatile installation

The mixed-flow impeller is designed for both supply and extract ventilation through round ducting. Its plastic housing carries an IPX4 protection rating, while the flexible mounting options make it easier to incorporate the fan into different ventilation layouts. Sound pressure at a distance of 3 m is 33 or 44 dB(A), depending on the selected speed.

Building a complete extraction system

For grow room extraction, the fan can be combined with suitable ducting and an odour filter matched to both the connection diameter and required airflow. Compatible filtration options can be found in the activated carbon filter range. When planning the system, make sure the duct diameter and airflow capacities of the individual components are appropriately matched.
