Ventilation Kit 500 ECO for powerful 160 mm extraction with carbon filtration

The Ventilation Kit 500 ECO combines a two-speed mixed-flow duct fan, a Prima Klima carbon filter and the required connection accessories in one complete extraction system for indoor growing. It is designed for grow tents up to 1.5 m² and lighting installations up to 600 W. The system supports continuous air exchange while directing warm, humid exhaust air through the carbon filter. Other capacities are available in the range of extractor fan kits with carbon filters.

Two fan speeds for adaptable extraction

The included Vents Mixed In-Line duct fan provides two airflow settings of 405 or 520 m³/h, allowing the extraction rate to be adjusted to different operating conditions. It is designed for 160 mm ventilation systems and uses a mixed-flow impeller. Depending on the selected speed, the sound pressure level is 33 or 44 dB(A) at a distance of 3 m. The actual airflow in an installed system will be lower because the carbon filter, ducting and other components create additional resistance.

Prima Klima carbon filter for reduced exhaust odours

Odour control is provided by the Prima Klima K2602-160 Eco Line carbon filter. It has an optimal airflow of 475 m³/h and a maximum airflow of 620 m³/h. Inside, a 3 cm bed of Virgin activated carbon adsorbs odour compounds as the extracted air passes through the filter. An included pre-filter helps protect the carbon from dust. Replacement filters and alternative sizes can be found in the carbon filter range.

Matched accessories for a 160 mm installation

The fan and filter can be joined using the supplied 160 mm connection cuff. Two universal hose clamps and 3 m of flexible aluminium ducting are included for routing the extracted air away from the grow tent. For longer runs or alternative layouts, suitable flexible ventilation ducting is available in additional sizes and designs.
