Temperature-controlled extraction with flexible EC regulation for grow spaces
The Secret Jardin DF16 Extractor EC Fan Temp., 150/250/350 m3/h is a temperature-controlled extractor fan designed for grow tents, grow rooms and greenhouses. Its integrated controls allow you to adjust the temperature threshold as well as the minimum and maximum extraction output. This combines continuous air exchange with an automatic response to rising temperatures. It is particularly useful in DF16-based Secret Jardin installations and for growers who want temperature-responsive extraction without a separate climate controller.
Temperature-responsive control with two sensors
The controls on the housing let you set the desired temperature along with minimum and maximum extraction levels. Temperature can be measured using the integrated sensor or the external thermal sensor, allowing the sensing position to suit the size and layout of your growing area. Quick integration into the DF16 system
The extractor is designed for Secret Jardin’s modular Ducting Flange system and can be fitted without tools. For odour control, it can be combined with matching DF16 CTC80 filters rated for 150, 250 and 350 m³/h. Suitable options are available in the carbon filter range. Appropriate DF16 connectors also allow the extractor to be incorporated into conventional ducting. Further compatible system components can be found in the Secret Jardin range.
35 W EC motor for controlled extraction
The fan module uses a 24 V EC motor with a maximum power consumption of 35 W. Secret Jardin specifies noise levels of 36 dB at 150 m³/h, 54 dB at 250 m³/h and 61 dB at 350 m³/h. These figures were measured under the manufacturer’s defined test conditions with the extractor and filter positioned inside the tent. The housing is made from flame-retardant, glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide.
