Power-free irrigation for 60 plants with flexible 15 L pot placement

The AutoPot 1Pot System 60 x 15L Pots is a large gravity-fed irrigation system designed for up to 60 individually positioned plants. Each 15 L pot sits in its own 1Pot tray and is supplied through a dedicated AQUAvalve5. This modular arrangement suits larger indoor grows, greenhouses and outdoor projects where spacing needs to be adjusted to suit plant size, growth habit or the available growing area.

60 AQUAvalve5 units regulate watering automatically

Each of the 60 trays contains its own AQUAvalve5 to control the incoming water or nutrient solution. The valve fills the tray and then stops the supply until the plant has used the available liquid, creating the characteristic wet and dry cycle of the AutoPot system. Irrigation itself requires neither electricity nor a timer. The supplied 400 L FlexiTank is positioned above the system, with AutoPot recommending a minimum height difference of 150 mm above the highest AQUAvalve.

16 mm main pipework for a large installation

For a 60-pot system, the solution is distributed through the 16 mm main pipe before being directed to individual modules through the supplied 16/9 mm cross connectors and 9 mm pipe. The kit contains 25 m of 16 mm pipe and 30 m of 9 mm pipe together with the required taps and connectors. This layout allows the individual pots to be positioned with considerable flexibility. Components for managing the root zone

Every pot is supplied with a Marix Disc and Root Control Disc. The Marix Disc is positioned in the base of the pot, while the Root Control Disc helps restrict roots from growing out towards the tray. The 15 L pots can also be combined with the optional AutoPot AirBase for 1Pot and easy2grow.
