AutoPot Marix Disc for 8,5L and 15L pots

AutoPot Marix Disc for 8.5 and 15 litre pots – keeping growing media inside the pot

The AutoPot Marix Disc for 8.5 and 15 litre pots is a square black insert designed to sit inside the base of compatible AutoPot pots. Installed before the growing medium is added, it helps retain loose particles around the openings in the pot base. This reduces the amount of growing medium reaching the tray and AQUAvalve area. It is a useful replacement or spare part for growers using 1Pot, easy2grow or Auto8 systems.

Simple installation inside the pot

Place the Marix Disc flat against the inside of the pot base, then fill the pot with your chosen growing medium as normal. The same disc fits both the 8.5 litre AutoPot pot and the 15 litre AutoPot pot. This makes it straightforward to replace a missing or worn disc without changing the rest of the irrigation setup.

Growing medium retention and root control

The Marix Disc is primarily used to retain loose growing medium inside the pot. AutoPot systems use additional components for more specific root control. In easy2grow and Auto8 setups, the Marix Disc is combined with a compatible Root Control Sock. In a 1Pot setup, a separate Root Control Disc completes the intended arrangement.
