AutoPot 16–9 mm Cross Connector (PF949/X)

In larger AutoPot irrigation systems, water supply from the reservoir is typically routed through a 16 mm main line. The 16–9 mm cross connector is installed inline in this main line and provides two 9 mm outlets – ideal for neatly connecting two modules or AQUAvalve5 inlets.

What Is the Cross Connector Used For?

This connector joins two 16 mm hose sections as a straight-through connection while simultaneously reducing to two 9 mm outlets. It’s especially useful when you need a “double branch” at a single point in a larger system to connect additional pots or modules to the main line.

Usage Instructions

  1. Shut off the water supply or depressurize the line, then cut the 16 mm main line cleanly and straight at the desired point.
  2. Push both 16 mm hose ends fully onto the 16 mm barbs of the cross connector.
  3. Attach the two 9 mm lines to the outlets and route them to your modules/AQUAvalve5.
  4. Turn the water back on and briefly check for leaks.
