Gravity-fed individual irrigation for six plants with flexible pot positioning

The AutoPot 1Pot System 6 x 15L Pots automatically supplies up to six plants with water or nutrient solution. Each 15-litre pot sits in its own 1Pot tray and is controlled by a separate AQUAvalve5. The 47-litre reservoir feeds the system entirely by gravity, removing the need for an irrigation pump or timer. This makes the kit suitable for indoor and outdoor growers who want automated watering while retaining flexibility over the position of individual plants.

AQUAvalve5 controls each tray automatically

Each of the six trays has its own AQUAvalve5 to regulate the incoming water mechanically. Once the plant has used the available water, the valve allows a fresh supply to enter from the reservoir. To provide sufficient gravity pressure, the reservoir should be positioned at least 150 mm above the highest AQUAvalve5. After potting and watering through, AutoPot recommends allowing plants to establish for 7–10 days before switching the system on.

Six separate modules for an adaptable layout

Rather than placing several pots in one shared tray, this kit uses six individual 1Pot modules. This allows plant spacing to be adjusted to suit different plant structures and available growing areas within the limits of the pipework. The supplied 9 mm pipe is 6 m long, with cross connectors distributing the supply to the individual modules. Other system sizes and configurations are available among the AutoPot 1Pot irrigation systems.

Root management and system expansion

Marix Discs for the pots and Root Control Discs for the trays are already included to support reliable system operation. If the installation needs to be adapted or expanded later, compatible pipes, valves, connectors and modules can be found among the AutoPot accessories and spare parts. The 15-litre pots can also be combined with the reusable AutoPot AirBase for 1Pot and easy2grow, which can replace a separate clay-pebble drainage layer.
