Aeroponic propagation for up to 40 cuttings

The Nutriculture X-Stream Propagator, 40 is an aeroponic propagation system designed for rooting up to 40 cuttings. The cuttings are held in neoprene collars above a misting chamber, where their root zone is continuously exposed to a fine mist of water and nutrient solution. This gives developing roots access to moisture, nutrients and plenty of oxygen without restricting them inside a solid propagation medium.

Aeroponic misting for consistent root-zone supply

A pump moves nutrient solution from the 20-litre reservoir to the misting system, which distributes it around the exposed root zone. The oxygen-rich environment means that the X-Stream does not require an additional air stone. For growers who regularly propagate larger batches of cuttings, the system provides an organised way to manage up to 40 plants within one propagation unit.

Adjust humidity with the ventilated dome

The transparent humidity dome creates a protected microclimate around young plants. Large ventilation openings can be opened gradually, allowing you to adjust humidity as the cuttings develop. The clear cover also makes it easy to monitor the plants without repeatedly removing the entire dome. Supporting cuttings without a solid propagation medium

Neoprene collars hold the cuttings in position while the roots are free to develop inside the misting chamber. Once established, the young plants can be transferred into the growing medium or cultivation system of your choice. For taking clean cuttings, a scalpel handle with blades for cuttings is a useful addition. You can also combine the propagation process with Clonex rooting gel when appropriate for your propagation method.
