Controlled CO₂ delivery with a directly readable flow rate

The GrowControl CO2 Valve, Pressure Regulator combines a pressure regulator with an electrically operated CO₂ switching valve to deliver gas from a suitable cylinder into your grow room. This pre-assembled unit suits indoor growers setting up sensor-based CO₂ enrichment or adding to an existing system.

Set the gas flow and check cylinder pressure

You can adjust the CO₂ flow within a range of approx. 5–20 l/min and read the value directly on the regulator. A separate gauge shows the residual pressure in the connected cylinder. These readings refer to gas flow and cylinder pressure; they do not measure the CO₂ concentration in the grow room.

Add a controller and sensor for automatic regulation

The switching valve is operated at 230 V. Automatic regulation requires a suitable controller, such as the GrowControl GrowBase climate controller, together with a GrowControl CarbSense CO₂ sensor. The sensor measures the CO₂ concentration in the room, allowing the controller to manage the gas supply accordingly. The controller, sensor and CO₂ cylinder are not included.

Check the cylinder connection before installation

The fitting uses a W 21.8 × 1/14″ connection to DIN 477 No. 6. Check that your cylinder valve matches this specification before connecting it. The hose and connection cable form part of the pre-assembled unit. Follow the safety instructions supplied with your CO₂ cylinder and controller during installation and use.
