Aludec Ventilation Duct – flexible, strong and reliable

The aluminium flexible air duct 10 m ø 203 mm is a flexible connection hose for ventilation, exhaust and climate systems. It is suitable for systems with a round connection diameter of 203 mm and can be installed easily thanks to its flexible construction.

The duct extends to a full length of 10 meters and is supplied compressed to approx. 0.8 meter. This makes it easy to store, transport and use in different installation situations.

Suitable for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems

This aluminium flex duct is designed for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning market. It can be used in mechanical and natural ventilation systems, air transport systems, heat recovery systems, air heating systems and air conditioning systems.

Its flexible shape allows the connection hose to be mounted easily on round or oval ducts. Attachment to a suitable spiral or round duct connector is typically done using a hose clamp.

Durable Material with Steel Spiral

The duct material consists of a multi-layer aluminium polyester laminate tube with an integrated steel wire spiral. This construction provides flexibility, stability and reliable airflow guidance.

With a temperature resistance of -30 °C to +140 °C, the aluminium flex duct is suitable for a wide range of ventilation and exhaust applications. The maximum operating pressure is +2500 Pa, and the maximum air velocity is 30 m/s.
