BioTabs PK Booster Compost Tea – support soil life during flowering

BioTabs PK Booster Compost Tea is an organic blend for brewing fresh, aerated compost tea. It supports soil life and nutrient availability during flowering and suits beginners and experienced growers working with soil, both indoors and outdoors.

A compost base with selected bacteria

The formula combines concentrated organic compost, bat guano, kelp and active microorganisms. Kelp is a type of seaweed. The blend includes bacteria that release phosphorus and mobilise potassium, helping to make these nutrients more readily available to your plants.

Mix the tea and keep it aerated

For each litre of chlorine-free water at room temperature, add 15 g of PK Booster Compost Tea and 5 ml of BioTabs Orgatrex. Orgatrex provides food for the bacteria. Aerate the mixture continuously for 24–36 hours using a suitable container, a sufficiently powerful air pump, air tubing and an air stone. Leaving the mixture to stand does not replace active aeration.

Apply freshly brewed tea to the soil

Use the finished tea within four hours of stopping aeration, applying 0.5 litres per plant. Keep it moving as you pour and include the solid particles when watering the soil. At least three applications per growing cycle are recommended, particularly during flowering weeks 3, 4 and 5. Clean the brewing equipment thoroughly after each batch.

Hand-water only when using AutoPot

When growing with AutoPot watering systems, do not add compost tea to the reservoir, as it may block the pipework. Apply it to the soil by hand only. Turn off the water supply 24 hours before application and leave it off for a further 24 hours afterwards.
