The Terra Aquatica Urtimax nettle brew staves off insects and gently protects against disease. Specially-selected nettles are used in the production of the brew, which is made by fermenting them in water. This enriches the water with important nutrients and protective substances. Silicic acids, iron, nitrogen, potassium, magnesium, other trace elements, and enzymes are the main ingredients of the nettle and therefore of the brew as well.
This supplementation enhances the plant's resilience, and allows for prevention of mineral deficiencies and diseases like chlorosis. Parasite development is inhibited, and a useful side effect is plant growth stimulation.
Like all of the other products in the General Organics series, Terra Aquatica Urtimax is suitable for use with plants in all development stages and with any fertiliser. This also goes for hydroponic systems, all substrates, but also in the garden.
