S&P TD-160/100 inline fan – compact exhaust solution for 100 mm ducts

The S&P TD-160/100 is a semi-radial inline duct fan for round ventilation ducts (DN 100). Its design focuses on high airflow performance in a compact housing and is suitable for supply or exhaust air applications in residential areas, ancillary rooms, and technical installations.

Thanks to two speed settings, you can adjust airflow and noise levels to suit the specific installation. Important for planning: the stated airflow values apply to free air delivery; in ducted systems, factors such as duct length, bends, silencers, or filters will affect the actual airflow.

Installation & maintenance

The fan is installed directly into the air duct and can be operated in any mounting position. The integrated mounting bracket supports quick wall or ceiling installation.

For servicing, the motor/impeller unit can be removed without dismantling the ductwork. The externally mounted terminal box allows easy electrical connection.

Design, motor, and safety features

The housing is made of impact-resistant PP plastic, while the impeller is manufactured from statically and dynamically balanced ABS plastic. The two-speed asynchronous capacitor motor (die-cast aluminum) is designed for continuous operation (S1).

Sealed ball bearings are maintenance-free. Thermal contacts with manual reset in accordance with EN 60335-2-80 support safe operation. Fan speed can be controlled via transformer or electronic controllers using voltage regulation.
