GrowControl Fanspeed EC Jack Connection

Simple stepless speed control for compatible EC fans

The GrowControl Fanspeed EC Jack Connection is a compact manual speed controller for compatible EC fans equipped with a 3.5 mm jack control input. It allows you to adjust fan output continuously between 0 and 100%, making it easy to adapt extraction or air circulation to the current requirements of your indoor growing space. Operation is handled directly with the rotary control, without complicated configuration.

Stepless adjustment from 0 to 100%

FanSpeed EC gives you direct manual control over the output of your EC fan. Its 0–100% adjustment range lets you reduce airflow when less ventilation is required or run the fan at full output when necessary. This makes the controller useful when you want straightforward manual control without installing a more extensive climate control system.

3.5 mm jack connection for compatible EC fans

This version of the GrowControl FanSpeed EC is designed specifically for EC fans with a 3.5 mm jack socket used as the control input. Simply connect the controller to a compatible fan and adjust the required output using the rotary control. According to GrowControl, fans equipped with a 6.3 mm jack socket can also be connected using a suitable 3.5-to-6.3 mm jack adaptor.

Straightforward manual ventilation control

If you only need to adjust an EC fan manually, FanSpeed EC provides a simple alternative to sensor-based climate controllers. You can find other options for managing extraction and indoor climate under fan speed controllers. If your EC fan uses an RJ45 control socket instead, the GrowControl FanSpeed EC RJ45 Connection is the corresponding version.
