The new GCx series from the German Greenception developers seamlessly follows the previous series in terms of quality and performance - but with outstanding new features! The GCx 4 LED grow lamp replaces a conventional NDL with 250 watts while consuming only 120 watts. Due to its square shape, it enables a very homogeneous illumination of your indoor grow, as grow boxes usually have a square base. Here, this design is better suited than the often elongated LED grow lights. The GCx 4 is suitable for grow boxes with a surface area of 80 x 80 cm in ECO mode or 60 x 60 cm in Boost mode.

Extended colour spectrum with UV-A and far-red

Largely invisible to the human eye, UV-A is an important colour spectrum (below 400 nm) for your plants. It has a positive effect on root growth, which in turn enables better plant development. Far-red, at around 730 nm, is close to infrared light and is extremely important for healthy plant growth and maximum photosynthesis. So adding UV-A and far-red to the normal colour spectrum will ultimately lead to faster and more vigorous development and richer harvests.

2-channel dimming, low heat generation

The new GCx series offers you the possibility to dim the blue and red colour spectrum separately and continuously, thus adapting to the development phases of your plants. Instead of hanging the lamp higher in the early stages of growth to avoid damage from too much light, you can now use the 2-channel dimming to finely adjust the power and colour spectrum of the lamp. This saves up to 30 % energy and therefore money. Due to the high light efficiency of the LED technology, these grow lamps generate very little waste heat. Therefore, they can be cooled without a fan, i.e. without noise emissions and additional power consumption.

Smart Install - flexible suspension and mounting

The lamps of the new seriesX all have a Smart Install rail on the driver box as well as on the light strips. This allows you to install the lamp as a compact unit or the light strips up to 5 m apart. A hook or an eye with a lock nut is simply inserted into the Smart Install rail and can then be combined with cable ratchets or similar. The large sliding range in the rails provides a very wide range of suspension options.
