VENTS Quietline Silent axial inline fan for compact supply and extract systems

The VENTS Quietline Silent axial inline fan is a compact option for supplying or extracting air in grow tents and other small ventilation systems. Depending on the version, maximum airflow is 100, 197 or 335 m³/h, with nominal duct connections of 100, 125 or 150 mm. The Quietline range is designed primarily for short duct runs with low airflow resistance, combining a space-saving inline format with low operating noise.

Three sizes for different airflow requirements

You can select the version to suit the required airflow and duct diameter. Quietline 100 delivers up to 100 m³/h while consuming 7.5 W, with a sound pressure level of 25 dBA. Quietline 125 increases capacity to 197 m³/h at 13 W and 32 dBA, while Quietline 150 provides up to 335 m³/h at 22 W and 39 dBA. Sound pressure figures are measured in free space at a distance of three metres. Growmart offers compatible flexible ventilation ducting in the commonly used diameters.

Construction designed for quieter airflow

The casing and impeller are made from durable plastic. Specially designed airflow rectifiers at the fan outlet help reduce turbulence and noise while improving air pressure. The ball-bearing motor is supported by rubber anti-vibration mounts, limiting the transfer of motor vibration to the housing. Integrated thermal overload protection helps prevent the motor from overheating, while the fan housing is rated to IPX4.

Best suited to short, low-resistance duct runs

The fan installs directly into ducting of the corresponding diameter, with clamps used to secure flexible connections where required. Its installation direction determines whether it operates as a supply or extract fan. As an axial design, the Quietline is best suited to relatively short and unrestricted airflow paths. For longer duct runs, several bends or other components that create significant resistance, higher-pressure inline extractor fans are generally more suitable. The unit requires electrical wiring and does not include a connection cable. A compatible power cable with plug is available separately.
