Longer dispatch times
We are currently experiencing longer dispatch times of approx. 7 to 14 days. Further delays of a few days are possible due to delivery problems at our suppliers.Current status of processing
We are now processing orders from 18.04.2024. We are constantly updating this information. So check back from time to time to check the status of your order. Individual orders may unfortunately take a little longer due to unexpected delivery problems. Paid orders will always be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Dispatch in instalments
Complete sets and larger orders can also arrive in instalments. So don't worry if you receive a supposedly incomplete delivery: We will deliver the missing products as soon as possible.
Closure of the warehouse sale
Our entire team is busy processing incoming orders. Therefore, our warehouse outlet will remain closed until further notice. We will endeavour to be back for you as soon as possible.
