Green House Feeding Grow: Mineral powder fertiliser for the vegetative stage
Green House Feeding (Powder Feeding) Grow is a mineral fertiliser in powdered form. It is dissolved in water and applied via irrigation or feeding systems. It is designed for cuttings, seedlings, mother plants, and the entire vegetative phase.
Formula note: According to the manufacturer, Grow is listed as a “new formula” with NPK 21-5-10 + 2 Mg + trace elements. Older product documents may show different NPK values.
Suitable substrates and systems
Grow can be used in a wide range of growing methods, including soil, coco, rockwool, and hydroponic systems. In coco/hydro, monitoring pH and EC is recommended to adjust the nutrient solution to your water quality and plant demand.
Application and dosage
Dosage depends on plant type, growth stage, water hardness, and substrate. As a simple guideline for pre-fertilised soil, the manufacturer suggests:
- Start 2–4 weeks after transplanting: 0.5 g/L
- Vegetative phase: increase up to 1.0 g/L
- Transition to flowering: adjust the feeding plan step by step (use a suitable bloom formula)
EC guideline: According to the manufacturer, 1 g/L equals approx. EC 1.4 (take your source water’s EC into account).
Quick mixing guide:
- Check your source water: pH/EC, and aim for a water temperature of about 18–22 °C.
- If using RO/rain water (EC 0.0): add calcium first (to approx. EC 0.3–0.4).
- Stir in Grow (2–3 minutes), measure EC, and adjust if needed.
- Wait 15–30 minutes, adjust pH if required, then wait briefly again.
According to the manufacturer, a 10 g measuring scoop is included. Grow can also be used for foliar feeding (use a much lower dilution and follow the manufacturer’s instructions).
