Dry your herbs safely and without loss of quality
Gentle drying and perfect storage: The transparent film of the DryFerm Bags has a special structure that allows precise moisture control. Excess water vapor can escape while the contents are protected from harmful external influences such as oxygen. This creates the ideal climate for gentle drying, during which all important ingredients and terpenes are largely preserved. The drying bags also prevent the formation of dangerous mold. The set contains three bags. Available in two sizes.
How to use DryFerm Bags
- Place the harvested herbs in the bag and seal it airtight. You can use a heat sealer, clips, or string to do this. The bags are particularly easy to seal with the DryFerm Bag Clips.
- Your herbs will have optimal storage conditions at a temperature of 17–22°C and a humidity of 55–65%.
- The bags are best stored on racks or nets so that air can circulate on all sides and moisture can escape.
- Storing the bags in a dark room prevents any loss of quality due to exposure to light.
- The drying process takes between 7 and 14 days. It is best to check the weight loss daily. If the weight remains constant for several days, the drying process is complete. Then leave the herbs to rest for another 2 to 3 days.
- After the drying process, you can leave the herbs to mature in the bag. Again, make sure the humidity in the room is correct during storage.
