Participation Terms & Redemption Instructions
Voucher Promotion
As part of our promotion, you as a customer of growmart.de receive a discount on selected products. The following conditions apply to the redemption of the voucher code:
1. Promotion Period
The voucher code is valid as stated on the voucher. The decisive factor is the time your order is received in our system.
2. Discount Value & Voucher Code
With the code, you receive the stated discount on the cart value of qualified items. You need to enter and confirm the code during the checkout process in the designated field (“Voucher” or “Coupon”) on the third checkout page “Summary”. Retroactive application to orders you have already placed is not possible.
3. Scope & Exclusions
The discount applies to the entire range on growmart.de, with the following exceptions:
- Already reduced items: Products marked with a strikethrough price or located in the “Sale” / “Special Offers” category are excluded from the promotion.
- Combinability: This voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or vouchers. You can redeem only one voucher per order.
- Books & Vouchers: Price-bound books and the purchase of gift vouchers are legally excluded from the discount.
4. Returns & Cancellation
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return items, we will only refund the amount you actually paid (the discounted amount). If your return causes the total value to fall below a potential minimum order value for the promotion, we reserve the right to retroactively cancel the discount for the remaining items.
5. Miscellaneous
Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded. You may not resell the voucher. growmart.de reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely or adjust the conditions for important reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
