Terra Aquatica pH + (pH Up) – raise pH while adding silicate

Terra Aquatica pH + (pH Up) is a liquid pH adjuster for raising a low reading in irrigation water or nutrient solution. Suitable for soil, coco and hydroponics, it helps both new and experienced growers bring their solution towards the pH range their crop requires.

pH correction with an additional silicate source

Alongside raising pH, the formula supplies available silicate. An upward adjustment may be needed particularly with very soft water or reverse osmosis water. Always check your solution first, though: when the pH is already suitable, do not add pH Up simply to supply extra silicate.

Add gradually and check each adjustment

Start by testing your solution with a suitable pH meter. Where an increase is needed, add a small amount of pH Up to the water or nutrient solution, mix thoroughly and test again. Only repeat the addition while further adjustment is necessary.

Suitable measuring and dosing tools help you measure small quantities accurately. There is no fixed dose in millilitres per litre: the amount required depends on your solution and the target reading.

Safe handling and storage

Danger: H314 – Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Use chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, goggles and face protection when handling the product. Store the container upright with its lid tightly secured in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location. Keep it locked away where children cannot access it. Never mix the concentrate directly with acids or acidic pH reducers. Follow the instructions on the label.
