The new activated carbon filters of the Carbocone series from PrimaKlima are the result of a consistent further development in exhaust air technology. The patented cone shape of the inner carbon container ensures a significantly more constant air flow and more uniform filtration over the entire filter surface. To achieve this, the carbon bed is 6 cm thick in the front intake area and tapers to 5 cm towards the fan.
High filtration efficiency, even at high humidity
Thanks to the high-quality activated carbon filling in CTC80 quality and the innovative design, the filters of the Carbocone-Line have an up to 30% increased filtration efficiency compared to previous models and still achieve this filtration performance at a humidity of up to 70%.
Your indoor grow without annoying odours - for up to 3 years
Since neither your neighbours nor you usually like intense odours in your home, it is essential that the exhaust air from your grow is reliably filtered. The Carbocone AKFs from PrimaKlima filter up to 99% of all unpleasant odours from the air, and depending on the air flow rate and odour intensity, they work for up to 3 years. Since the filter's effect does not diminish abruptly, you are warned in good time if a slight odour escapes via the exhaust air at some point and can replace the filter promptly.
Sturdy metal filter with pre-filter fleece
Like all PrimaKlima filters, the Carbocones are of course equipped with a robust pre-filter fleece. This prevents the filter from sucking in coarser dirt and unnecessarily shortening its service life. All metal parts of the filter, i.e. flange, cover, outer and inner basket, are made of sturdy metal and generally have no sharp burrs etc.
A few tips for a long service life:
Between each grow you should remove the fleece and wash it out by hand. Smoke, especially from cigarettes, significantly shortens the life of activated carbon filters. Your fan should not pump more air than the specified capacity of the air filter and if you disinfect your grow box or similar, make sure to switch off the fan!
