Bionova Ca 15 – targeted calcium support for strong cell walls
Bionova Ca 15 is a liquid mineral calcium fertiliser for soil, coco and hydroponic growing. Use it to supplement calcium when plants need more or develop a calcium deficiency. Suitable for beginners and experienced growers, it fits into an existing feeding programme for both indoor and outdoor cultivation.
Supplement calcium alongside your base nutrients
Calcium helps build stable cell walls. Ca 15 lets you adjust the calcium supply without increasing your entire base feed. It can be used alongside Bionova fertilisers and additives; for soil cultivation, Bionova Soil Supermix base nutrients provide a suitable foundation.
Calcium nitrate solution with NPK 8-0-0
The declared composition is NPK 8-0-0 plus 15% CaO. This calcium nitrate solution also supplies nitrogen, so take that into account when planning your overall feeding programme. CaO expresses calcium content as a calcium oxide equivalent; it does not mean 15% elemental calcium.
Dosage for irrigation and foliar feeding
When using soft water, add 2–4 ml per 10 L of water alongside Bionova Supermix. A 10 ml dosing syringe helps measure these small amounts. For foliar feeding, use 2.5–5 ml per 1 L of water. Note the different water volumes specified for the two application methods.
Match the application to your water quality and plants' needs, and follow the directions on your container. Ca 15 is a supplement rather than a complete base fertiliser.
