Athena Pro Grow – targeted nutrition for vegetative growth
Athena Pro Grow is a mineral dry fertiliser for the vegetative stage. It suits growers who prepare their own nutrient solutions for use in reservoirs or automated dosing systems. Paired with Pro Core, it provides a two-part approach to feeding, with both components working together to meet your plants’ nutritional needs during this stage.
A growth formula designed to work with Pro Core
With an NPK of 2-8-20, Pro Grow is intended for use alongside Athena Pro Core, rather than as a standalone complete fertiliser. Together, the two components provide the intended supply of macronutrients and micronutrients. When your plants move into flowering, Athena Pro Bloom is the corresponding companion to Pro Core.
Fully soluble for reservoirs and dosing equipment
The mineral blend dissolves completely in water, leaving no undissolved fertiliser particles when prepared correctly. This makes Pro Grow suitable for nutrient reservoirs and automated dosing systems. Preparing a stock concentrate – a strong solution for later dilution – makes repeated batches of nutrient solution easier to mix.
Prepare separately, dilute and check the finished solution
Do not mix the dry Pro components together. Prepare each component separately according to the manufacturer’s instructions, matching the pouch or bag size to the specified final solution volume. Stir until the fertiliser has dissolved completely.
Add the stock concentrates to your irrigation water at the rates given in the appropriate Athena Pro feeding schedule; do not apply them undiluted. Check the pH and EC of the finished nutrient solution. The relevant feeding concentration is the one measured after dilution, not the concentration of the stock solution.
